Asiana Couture deals primarily in bridal and made-to-order garments, and customers are requested to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage
Asiana Couture offers shipping across India to most serviceable pin codes. We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping availability, charges, and timelines will be shared with the customer on request before order confirmation.
All shipments are sent through trusted courier and logistics partners.
2. Nature of Our Products and Order Processing
Most products sold by Asiana Couture are made-to-order or prepared specifically after an order is placed.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your garment goes into production or preparation. This process includes fabric allocation, embroidery work (if applicable), stitching, finishing, and quality checks.
Because of this, orders are not shipped immediately like ready-made products.
3. Production and Delivery Timeline
Since our products are bridal and made-to-order, the usual delivery timeline is between 3 to 6 months from the date of order confirmation.
This timeline includes:
Production and preparation time
Quality checks and finishing
Packing and dispatch
Transit time after dispatch
Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as raw material availability, design complexity, festive seasons, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is paid for all orders.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and courier rates.
The applicable shipping charges will be informed to the customer at the time of order confirmation or before dispatch.
For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any other local charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order is completed and dispatched, we will share the shipment details and tracking information with you through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take some time to reflect in their system after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address and contact details at the time of placing the order.
Asiana Couture will not be responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address or unreachable contact details.
7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we always try to meet the estimated timelines, Asiana Couture will not be liable for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Strikes or transport disruptions
Government restrictions or regulatory delays
Any other circumstances beyond our control
Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.
8. International Shipping
Asiana Couture offers international shipping on request.
International customers must contact our team before placing an order to confirm shipping availability, charges, and estimated timelines.
Any customs duty, import tax, or local charges in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Asiana Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities in the destination country.
9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons such as customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
If the customer chooses not to get the order re-shipped, the order will be treated as cancelled by the customer, and no refund will be issued, since the product is made-to-order.
10. Partial Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in parts due to production or logistical reasons. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.
