Asiana Couture primarily deals in bridal and made-to-order garments. Most products are prepared or produced only after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
No Cancellation Policy
Asiana Couture does not allow cancellation of any order under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.
This is because:
Our products are made-to-order or specially prepared after order confirmation
Materials, work allocation, and production planning begin soon after the order is confirmed
Each outfit is created specifically for the customer
Customers are requested to place an order only after being completely sure about their purchase.
No Exceptions
Cancellation will not be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Change in wedding plans or dates
Delay in requirement
Liking or disliking the design after ordering
Found another product elsewhere
Personal or financial reasons
Relationship With Return and Refund Policy
Since cancellation is not allowed, any request related to returns, exchanges, or refunds will be handled strictly according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns or exchanges are allowed only in cases of wrong product or defective product and only within the specified time and conditions.
